Savory Salads for Spring

Spring is here, which means summer is right around the corner. People often think about eating a bit lighter and a little healthier when this time of year rolls around. Salads are a popular menu item for this kind of eating, and Tuckers Shuckers has the most delicious salads in town. 

The tasty vegetables and crisp greens that we feature here are just the beginning. The best seafood restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks couldn't resist using some of our fresh seafood on a couple of these salads. We offer a wonderful selection of dressings to choose from also: Ranch, Parmesan Peppercorn, Blue Cheese, Honey Dijon Mustard, Italian, Greek, 1000 Island, Caesar, and Fat-Free Raspberry Vinaigrette.

Classic Caesar

We take this delicious favorite and let you pick between adding grilled shrimp, grilled chicken, or blackened chicken. 

Chop Salad

Grilled chicken, hard boiled eggs, bacon, avocado, and cheddar jack cheese.

House Salad

Our tasty house greens along with tomato, cucumber, shaved carrot, and avocado.

Momma Tuckers Famous Greek Salad

Homemade Greek salad dressing made with fresh mixed greens, juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese. 

Calamari Salad

Calamari steak strips, seasonal greens, cheddar jack cheese, cucumber, tomato, onion, and avocado. 

Ahi Power Salad

Ahi Tuna seared rare on a bed of romaine tossed in our spicy/sweet Thai peanut dressing topped with 7 power vegetables and garnished with sunflower seeds.
