Tucker's Shuckers: January 2015

Tucker's Shuckers Oysters & Tap is the newest restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks! This Spring, you'll be able to enjoy fresh, never frozen oysters right here at the Lake. In addition to amazing seafood, the Tucker's Shuckers menu will feature delicious burgers and entrees to fit everyone's tastes. Wash down your meal with one of the 30 beers that will be on tap at Tucker's Shuckers Oysters & Tap!

Starters

Oysters on the Half Shell - Raw or steamed, cocktail sauce & mignonette sauce

BBQ Oysters - Six freshly shucked oysters breaded and fried. Tossed in sweet BBQ sauce. Served with ranch or blue cheese

Crispy Coconut Shrimp - served with our sweet chili sauce

Double Down Wings - 1 lb of wings cooked tossed in hot sauce, flash frozen then refried. Served with ranch or blue cheese

Philly Egg Roll - The all American egg roll. Thinly sliced house roasted prime rib, sauteed onions, green peppers covered in provolone cheese than put in an egg roll.

Soups & Salads

Clam Chowder - House made, don't pass it up!

Seafood Cobb Salad - Shrimp, crabmeat, salmon avocado, egg, tomato, blue cheese crumbles & scallions with your choice of dressing

Greek Salad - seasonal greens, feta, kalamata olives, cucumber, tomato, red onion, flatbread & roasted garlic vinaigrette

Entrees

Filet Mignon - Hand cut 6 oz. filet

Fish & Chips - New England style Cod battered and fried golden brown served with our homemade kettle cooked chips

Fettuccine Alfredo - Our Alfredo sauce is made fresh, with parmesan cheese, fresh cream and garlic. Served over fettuccine pasta

Signature Burgers & Sandwiches

(served with fries, chips or cole slaw)

THE Burger - 1/2 lb Certified Angus beef, cheese, onions, kettle cooked chips

Lobster Roll - Chunks of Maine Lobster marinated in drawn butter served warm inn a split bun

Oyster Sliders - Crispy fried oysters stacked on a sweet Hawaiian roll with crispy lettuce, dill pickle slice and Old Bay aioli

THE Club - Flame broiled chicken breast, bacon, provolone, tomato, onion, lettuce & mayo on garlic focaccia
